Compound fractures are the toughest to overcome. It's better to just have a clean break. Prothro dealt with infection and muscle loss over his injury. It took a full two years for him to walk properly again. I'm hoping that's not the case with Davis. Too bright a future for something like this to happen.

Sucks if he's out for the year. Best RB in the SEC this coming season. He'll be back next year I assume?

There were plenty of posters wishing for fairley and/or cam to get hurt, if it's such a moral offense the same would've applied for them.
