Why would Sumlin jump ship after only 2 seasons?
If he remains successful at A&M, in the SEC, his stock will continue to rise.
The landscape of the SEC is changing. Saban gonna retire soon. LSU in decline as we've been told. He can win a couple of conference championships before looking at his options.
He could name his salary in 5 years. USC will have a need for another coach by then. No need to take a risk now
