Fans getting pushed back in newer parks

State's new park greatly reduced foul territory and moved the fans closer to the field

Getting better control of his pitch but how many before they pull him? I thought they said he was already at 90.

Yeah but think of all the money the city saves in the police and sanitation department not having to work overtime.

It would be cool to see the Big Ten win a title when's the last time that happened?

You mean how many people attend something? Seems pretty complicated.

Mizzou was never Big Ten tho. Pretty sure the Big Ten has a more recent one than Mizzou.

Late 50's and early 60's was the heyday for Mizzou and B1G schools winning CWS.

If memory serves Michigan, Wisconsin, and Ohio State all had a CWS back then but can't remember the order.

I see a lot of CFB Powers had great Baseball teams. Southern California is a great example. But Michigan is another if you look at their history. Makes me believe they just had athletes that played both sports at the time and as a result they were a force.

Guy that headed the NCAA was pro B1G and they benefitted. Also, heyday of the auto business when 1 in 10 jobs in the USA was auto related. Michigan and Virginia are the two state schools with the most private school feel.

LINK

Looks like Ohio State in 1966 was the last title for the Big Ten (still more recent than Mizzou's last CWS appearance)

Before that Michigan had 2 and Minnesota had 3. None for Wisconsin. 6 total for the Big Ten. Here's for #7 for them and #3 for Michigan

Won't be watching, because baseball, but I will be checking the score and rooting for the Wolverines!
