Stassen football has uga at 259, and then lsu at 241 without any games removed for cheating

I would argue that they should have vacated the losses, as well. How are you eligible for one outcome, but not the
Bc the team you played did it honestly(allegedly lol) you not being able to win a game you cheated at is on you and should deservedly count

LSU is at 242 including the vacated wins.

Count +1 or -1 for each win above or below 10 wins that year..
count comes out to -8 for the 25 years
25 x 10 = 250 - 8 = 242
