My family is big time LSU. I was in Skip Bertman's baseball camps every summer from age 6-12, went to most of the games, and it didn't hurt that we won 6 titles since I turned 6 years old. Meanwhile, at the superdome, the saints were setting records for sucking. And when I say second favorite I mean that specifically for LSU baseball. I would rather watch an NFL game then a non LSU college baseball game.

I honestly dont get how male bama posters really expect people to believe that they honestly like softball more than baseball. They wouldnt know where the softball field was if their baseball team was good. Im not saying it should be above Mens basketball but either every man in Tuscaloosa has caught the gay or (as anyone else can see) their softball team is good their baseball team sucks. Its ok to admit it bama fans. I guess its just a coincidence that it seems the highest % of male fans of womens softball is in alabama

I hate a thread title that leaves you hanging mid sentence. You open the thread hoping to see a surprise, and what the frick happens? No surprise. The OP simply finishes the sentence.
I was hoping to see something like:
"College baseball is the 2nd greatest...(wait for it)...(wait for it)...place to suntan with hot ladies (and then really great pics to back that up).
But instead we were offered a treat like:

well my wife played softball, so she enjoys it...therefore I like it more than baseball...pretty much the only reason though.

I'm not a huge softball fan, but I do like softball more than baseball. It has a faster pace, not every infield hit is an automatic out, you don't have pitchers trying pick off the runner at first all the time, more home runs, fewer innings, etc.

After those 6, all the sports are about equal. If my team is good or there is a good storyline, I can watch, but I don't really GAF in general.

You acting like a moron and claiming college baseball is the greatest has nothing to do with your recent titles? Is this how you guys act when you finally win something? Seriously your school has 2 titles, 2010 and 2011 and now Baseball is supposed to be bigger than college basketball?
Maybe at your school it is because your basketball program is trash tier. Your home games turn into home games for opposing teams in basketball and it is an embarrassment to yourselves and the SEC!

I never once said college baseball is the 2nd greatest sport. It's third on my list, behind NFL football and just above college basketball. This is MY personal opinion of how I'd rank the sports based on my interests.
