The article is establishing that the school didn't investigate properly and that the first girl didn't file a claim and the second girl didn't name Guice in her claim. So, you tell me why we are supposed to automatically think that Orgeron knew.

None of those people were even part of the football staff or program. What the hell are you talking about?

How would that staff have known? Jesus, you're really having a tough time understanding the sequence of events here. At no time was any member of the football program ever notified anything about Guice to our knowledge from this article. The coaches mentioned were a diving and tennis coach. The first girl's claim was filed by her coach after a friend came forward. The coach notified admistration and they reached out to the friend but couldn't discuss another student with her. The school reached out to victim #1 who declined to talk to them. Again, the second victim never named Guice at all in a report filed nearly a year later.

Tell me how the football staff was supposed to handle this situation.
