Apparently the entire recruiting class knew weeks ago. None of the players recruited for A&M will play here next year. Schloss and DelConte played this for maximum damage. Weiner and Nolan Cain were in on it as well.

This is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read on this board. That you seemingly are sincere and believe this is amazing

Yep I’m an lsu fan and I like Vitello ! A lot of our fans hate him for some reason ! But when he made his team shake there hand after the sec champ game I respect him he’s a good coach!

It’s coming out slowly. Jace asked for a meeting with Schloss last night and was told no - by Nolan Cain. Cain was told he wasn’t being considered for the head coach here and was on Twitter within minutes following Schloss.

I have to admit - he fricked us good.

I really like Vitello. He’s cleaned up his act, and Tennessee got a gem.

No, it’s not.

You didn’t have high school coaches, the AD, the entire coaching staff, and players all know for two months and that not get out.

I know it’s hard to think rationally, but the most likely scenario is Schloss had been communicating with Texas through his agent for a few weeks.

These conspiracy theories that Schloss had been covertly recruiting for TX since April while on the payroll for A&M, and your AD knowing about it to boot, is a ridiculous thing for you to actually believe.

None of that happened regardless what you “booster friend” is telling you

Schloss def did A&M dirty but you sound like a crazy person

The seniors knew nothing. The underclassmen found out before game three unless their parents are just full of crap. TA knew, which is why the reporter was given the green light to ask the question.

He’s a PoS. But we should have been wary after how he treated TCU. That’s on us

Why were only the underclassmen told? Why didn't they tell the seniors?

You sound like a raving lunatic right now.

I second this.

There was no elaborate plan by Schloss and Cain and anybody else to hose their own program in the midst of a great year. It sounds like aggy AD blew the relationship and this is the fallout.

The underclassmen were told because Schloss is recruiting them to Texas. One of the player’s parents said as much.

If I'm an aggie booster, I'd be looking for some real answers about the dumpster fire...
In 2022 they bring in the highest rated football recruiting class ever... And yet only manage 6 wins in conference over 2 years.
They pay their celebrated football coach $85 million to NOT coach them anymore.
They lose their AD to a real blue blood, Ohio State.
They have the most successful season in the history of Aggie baseball, only 2 runs away from their first national championship in the sport and the first national championship by ANY aggie team in a major sport since before WW2... Yet can't put together a good enough package to retain their coach.

Colorado aggy convinced that black helicopters have been circling collie station for months and lots of people "knew" what was going on with Schloss' "devious scheme" to embarrass aggy, yet no one said a word until after his hiring was announced today. Good grief, man. You really are a black helicopter guy. Schloss left for a better job opportunity. a&m didn't own his rights for life. This isn't the first time and it won't be the last time that a coach leaves one program for another. Geez.

And they didn't tell the seniors?

Also, why wouldn't he meet with Jace if he's recruiting underclassmen?

None of your statements add up.

It did seem Coach V knew during last nights press conference.

He never really did the usual coach thing and talked about the Aggies or Schloss. He gave them no compliments.

He did spend time talking about how much Arkansas and DVH meant to him. but did not mention Schloss one time.

I think Vitello and Schloss don't like each other and now we see that Schloss is a complete scumbag.

Because Jace wouldn’t go with him, and would blow the whistle. He’s an Aggie. Hope the kid portals to LSU if I’m honest. No way he goes to Texas. The seniors mean nothing to Schloss. He’s too busy planning out next year and doesn’t care about players that can do nothing for him. He already publicly threw Monty under the bus at his press conference. He’s mainly worried about stripping the younger talent off the team.

Stone cold assassin. fricked us good
