Cutting carbs while staying in a caloric deficit helped me get to my goal weight. It was an easy diet. It worked for me. Now that I know how to take care of myself through CICO, exercising, and food tracking, I don't feel bad in the slightest for eating some pasta or other carbs.

I do try to stay away from vegetable oils as much as I can. Not because of what a book told me but me seeing with my own eyes the process of creating as I've done reno work in some oil plants. Nope for me dawg.

Yeah, I'm planning to only do walking, assault bike, maybe a few leg days (not intense). Think i'm going to leave the kettle bells alone.. Surely none of that will aggravate.

Instead of looking at the past month for stocks, look at the past years. Yes, there's a dip but people are overly freaking out.

Kamala still sucks though.

re: Does sprinting work your traps?

Sprinting is probably the most effective exercise ever. Not sure if it does anything for traps lol but you can bet that anyone that sprints that much also takes care of everything else in their body.

Mark Sisson, one of my favorite fitness people ever, says all the time that sprinting is the single best activity to promote body fat loss and fittness breakthroughs and I totally believe it.

Gym Advice

Found out I have Bicep Tendinitus in both arms Friday. They are always hurting and wake up in the middle of the night with them aching. Went to a Bone and Joint specialist. They prescribed some Steroids and told me I should stop doing shoulder and chest for a few weeks.

Thoughts?

Also, If I'm going to take that break, I will take advantage of doing some cardio and assualt bike sprints. Any Kettlebell work I can do without activation of biceps? Swings are about all I can think of.
Georgians have proven loyal to Kemp. Surprised he went in on him like that.
Aside from maybe Phelps, she's the most dominate athlete ever in her sport.

This is an SEC board. I'm sure Texas and Vandy has a lot of liberals but outside of that, not so much.
Labcorp thru my Provider
TRT Lab Panel for Men - Labcorp - $257
IGF-1 - Labcorp - $36
T3, Free T3 - Labcorp - $30
T4, Free, Direct Free T4 - Labcorp - $30
Reverse T3, Serum - Labcorp - $83
GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase - Labcorp) - $18
Comp. Metabolic Panel - Labcorp - $20
Lipid Panel with Total:HDL Ratio - Labcorp $20

Every 6 Months.
Their sauce does suck but their meat is on par with anyone else and they have the best sides.

They're in the SEC Footprint because of Texas and Texas A&M.

Lockart is just off I-10 in Luling there where the Giant Buc-ee's is located.........

I was in Lockhart just a month ago and tried each. Was travelling for work. Right down the road in Nixon, TX, theres a hole in the wall called Pioneer BBQ that is better than all of em. IMO
Texas, 1000%. This coming from a West TN guy. However, if you ever find yourself in Martin, TN, Blake's at Southern Milling has the best BBQ I've ever had and it's not close. He has Texas and Memphis style.. Best pimento cheese ever.. Just rediculously good. I've had Franklins, Blacks, Central, One and Only, all memphis bbq joints.. Nothing comes close.

I can easily see it being a dam close race outside of the SEC. Yankees are weird and the west coast is the worst coast.

There are no adversarial journalists for Kamala to sit down with. They're all on her side,

Should be some journalists from CNN that would be easy on Kamala and aholes to Trump, then have Tucker, Glenn Greenwald, and Matt Tabbi. Would be epic and nobody would agree to it.

She can appear on the Hannity show.

Hannity sucks. I'd love to see a round table with like 4 average joes, both blue and red. Then have a few journos - Tucker, Maggie Haberman, etc.

Would be a wild show. Would absolutely never ever happen lol.
I truly do not understand how she could get half the countries vote. You find find yourself ever cheering for the same person as hollywood and MSM, you probably are wrong.

re: Supplements for your kids

An even better start would be to guide and educate your kids on diet. Instead of buying sugary cereals, sweets, and sodas, buy them fruit, eggs, meat, whole grains, etc.

We have a two year old. Daily diet consists of eggs, avacados, berries, some form of meat. Snacks can be berries, trisquits, etc. We haven't introduced sweet drinks as he's perfectly content with milk and water. On occasions when we are swamped with other family duties, he gets maybe some nuggest for lunch. Ice cream is also a treat although he doesn't like to eat much of it either because of the sweetness or something else.

A balanced diet is much more beneficial that giving you kids 10 vitamins a day.

EDIT: IMO

re: Does Kennedy help or hurt Trump?

I believe it hurts way more than helps. Folks that like RFK would be more prone to lean right without him imo.

Of course nobody forced me to watch. They just ensure I wouldn’t continue tuning in. What are you even talking about?
