If you mean "not an NFL coach" as in he's better in college and moving back to that level was the right decision, I agree. If you mean "not an NFL coach" as in he lacks what it takes to be successful at that level, I disagree.

I think Saban would be successful at any football program (at any level) that has some upside and winning is realistic.

As opposed to idiots like Jordan Jefferson, and his nightclub act, or the honeybadger who never saw a drug test he could pass? Maybe Odell Beckham passing out money on the sidelines of a national championship game is more your style? Idiotville was invented by the purple people.
