LSU's early schedule:
Miami
SE Louisiana
Auburn
La Tech
Ole Miss
I'm not sure how things wil go for MSU but I have a feeling LSU will be 2-3 after the Ole Miss game and fans will get pretty impatient with Coach O at that time. They could be 2-5 or 3-4 when they roll into the MSU game. Morrhead is going to get a pass this year.
Feel bad for LSU fans. It's a great football school. Great stadium, passionate fans, unique uniforms and school colors. Recognizeable everywhere. Just don't think Coach O is the man for that job.
I feel like Moorhead is very programmatic and businesslike in his approach while Coach O is a bit more of the emotional, rah rah type of guy. Probably a top assistant in the nation, but just don't think he'll get it done as HC.

Gee, I wonder if 1 is a little more complex than the other, couldn't be it

They'll be 5-0 after the Ole Miss game.

The day that a State fan makes an O vs Moorehead thread is the day the world ends

What makes you think they'll beat both Miami and Auburn? Not a flame, I"m curious what the rationale is. I don't think LSU will have the offense to win either of those games.

Coach Moorhead : 100 % of the offense has been installed. It just has to be refined.
100% of the offseason smack has been installed too, eh bDog fans?

Auburn's defense is legit and LSU may struggle, but Miami doesn't have the guys to contain them. I also believe that LSU's offense will surprise some teams out the gate.

Contain who? LSU's middle of the league offense lost their QB, the top WRs and top RB's

Moorhead's offense isn't exactly overly complex, that doesnt mean it's bad, just means it's simple and easy to learn especially since MSU was already was a spread team too, so not much of a transition. Big 12 offenses are loaded with the 3 wide look to the sideline type offenses, none of them are particularly hard to learn or have like 100 plays in the playbook. They are about tempo more than anything.
LSU is moving from a power based under center 2 TE or I-Formation based offense to a shotgun multiple spread look with 4 and even 5 wide outs sets we've basically almost never used before as well as RPO we've not done either. No sh*t it will take longer to fully install.
MSU is making a small transition, LSU is fully revamping the offense.

Don't know what the big 12 has to deal with anything didn't Moorhead come from B1G?

LSU is fine at WR, it's one of the strongest units on the team.
Both of the QB's battling for the position were decent 4 star recruits, but this is by far the biggest question mark depending on the type of offense Ensminger runs.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire will be fine, and I expect the freshman Curry to get some time sooner rather than later. They're running behind a solid offensive line as well.

I believe Moorhead said it was very simple. That's why he hired the QB/OC that knows the offense and will help make it a easy transition.

So LSU is installing a mixed bag of crap that the off field analysts are having to teach to the old dogs on the coaching staff before they can teach it to the players. oh yeah, and Big 12.
