For the record, I wasn’t criticizing LSU.
We have crawfish boils all over Houston.
And they’re a great time!
I just find those suckers so much effort.
The gatherings are always a good time, though.

Then you had incorrectly prepared & cooked crawfish.
They only taste dirty if they are not cooked fresh, have been dead too long, or weren't purged prior to boiling them.

Fair enough. I was just saying that I've had crawfish that tasted dirty as well, and it was because they weren't prepared and cooked properly.
