Hard not to like him. Seems like a blast to have around and he was actually Louisiana.
This. He is a coach most players would kill to play for.

The entire Orgeron family down the bayou used to go to family weddings to practice their fighting skills.

Pretty sure there was a disclaimer at the end of Waterboy that any resemblance between Coach O and Coach Farmer Fran was purely coincidental.

Only LSU fans could find a way to celebrate that the last coach to give them any relevance is bodybuilding at the beach, taking his shirt off at weddings, and making the tabloids over his divorce, all on their buyout dime, while his same age replacement hasn’t sniffed his success.

The man fielded the best college football team I've seen. Props to him.

How can someone not love coach O?
Seriously dude is my hero LOL. That question about which door is so spot on. I don't how good a coach he was...I suspect he was probably pretty good but isn't ate up with it like some are. I hope the money lasts as long as he does!

I definitely trust the opinion of a Missouri Tigers fan to be able to recognize if a coach can win a national championship or not. Definitely a fan base who knows about winning natties in football
They have witnessed an awful lot of national title winners stomping their arse...maybe thats where their insight comes from???
