Well if we count the 4 Rose Bowl Champ teams plus the 8 poll teams that's 12 NCs. That's good for Top 5 according to the list you posted earlier

A couple of those titles were awarded to bama years after the fact by polls that hadn't even been created at the time the "championship" season took place. Idk which and this is a dumb argument anyway

So basically this thread has proven that Alabama is one of the greatest CF programs of all time and the run away leader in the SEC as well. PF has been vindicated imo. No reason why HCD would not want to come to Alabama that I see!!!

Does anyone remember what it is that we are trying to prove? And why does anyone care? Does anyone actually think they are going to make pooper scoop think differently? What difference does it make if anyone is correct?
I think this might actually relate to the continuity of mind issue, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't assuming anything.

Those 4 Rose Bowl teams were named National Champions back then. There's plenty of evidence to show that they celebrated as National Championship after the Rose Bowls
