Clemson's stats would look very different had they faced Fla, Aub, Ala, and Ga

In Clemson's playoff win, several analysts noted that OSU's QB appeared hindered by a knee brace, he didn't have the mobility he had in previous games, yet against Clemson's defense OSU accumulated around 500 yards of offense. Joe Burrow has no limitations. Another fact that matters, Clemson's offensive and defensive stats would look very different had they faced Fla, Aub, Ala, and Ga. Geaux Tigers!

Indeed they would. And they would not have been fresh as a daisy going into the playoffs with minimal injuries.

Clemson would not be in the playoff. At best, they would have lost LSU in the sec championship

Same could have been said for the last 3 years in the playoffs yet they still won 2 titles.

Giving up 500 yards against the buckeyes would be like giving up 400 yards rushing to Ole Miss - no division I defense could be that bad could it?

Alabama was a walking triage unit last year.
Clemson relies on the other team suffering injuries while they breeze through their Pop Warner schedule.
LSU has gotten healthy at the right time. Clemson has no chance against them healthy.
