re: UGA vs Clemson game

Who’s ever OL plays better wins.
Our front 7 will be as strong as anyone this year. Corner 1 is potential late first early second round talent. Corner 2 more of a question mark have some decent talent recruited but hasn’t transitioned to field yet. Safeties are a liability
WR/TE we should be much stronger. QB aren’t gunna replace Lawrence but DJ at least has some big game experience and has proved can make the throws. RB big question mark and no more ETN to make something out of nothing. OL gotta open holes and keep DJ up right. That happens I feel really confident. It doesn’t we’ll get jumped on like OSU did last year

With the first 60 games played in Cola hahah if others want to beat their chest about beating Clemson when were an all men’s military college equivalent to the citadel that’s fine. But you can’t

Meeh. People complaining about New Orleans/STTDB are what I call Baby Boomer Baptist. They shun you for drinking and cussin and having a good time, while hiding the fact they have vodka mixed with their sweet tea at Sunday dinner after church.

Oh yea. I was throwing beads at half naked women until the sun came up. Then right back down there around noon for brunch.

Yea as weird as it sounds since we gave up 600 yards and 42 points, and could have been more if y’all weren’t ready to celebrate and run out the clock. Don’t really blame the defense. Had you told me before the game we’d hold y’all to 8 punts and 4-14 on 3rd down I would have thought we’d won.
But when we go 1-11 on 3rd and can’t sustain drives really have no chance giving y’all O that many opportunities. This is the first game in a really long time I don’t think our coaches gave us the best chance to win. Trevor was off for whatever reason but we kept forcing it. Should have tried to slow the game down after going up 17-7 and run the ball. Our O could have been our best D.
Once y’all got on a roll it was a complete mismatch yalls O vs our D.

Yup. Me and my dad said same thing. Could have taken the first team all American defense and you weren’t stopping that Offense on that night.
One last congratulations

Not one to run and hide, just been busy STTDB. Not really, just been a sh*t show since the game for me. SW flight canceled. Decided to drive home, got rear ended outside of Montgomery, totaled the rental.
Anyways congratulations. Hell of a game. Hell of a season. We got off to as good of a start as we could have hoped for. Joe made a few clutch throws. Y’all took the momentum and we never recovered. Simply got beat by a better team only way to put it.
Biggest play of the game to me was the PI (absolute right call) on the long 3rd down late in 2nd quarter. Had we made that stop we’d get the ball back somewhere near midfield around 2 mins maybe score get in to half only down 1 or possibly up 3 game has different feel. As it turns out Burrow leads y’all 95 yards for the TD which pretty much felt like the dagger.
I’m sure it’s been discussed and not that it would have made a difference but that had to be the worst officiating I’ve ever seen. For both teams. PAC12 shouldn’t be allowed to officiate these games just don’t think they’re use to seeing the caliber of athlete. Had it been a closer game it would have been a major talking point bc they were just flat out bad.
New Orleans was awesome. Yes bourbon was disgusting but talk about a good time. Place is like a different world. I had nothing but great interactions with LSU fans all weekend. Looking forward to visiting BR in about 5ish years I think. Only gripe I have is the homeless people and how they’d badger the shite out of you. Reminded me of San Fran or Portland. Other than that one of my favorite cities I’ve visited. You have to really try to not enjoy yourself in New Orleans.
I’m out of here for now. Think y’all got SC next year will prob be back to make fun of those dirt peckers. Until then cheers. Congrats.

I hate these post. What do you want Clemson fans to do? Bow down say there’s no chance accept defeat?
Do you think your fans predicting 30 point blowouts, scoring 60+ points are arrogant??
Quit being a b*tch. The games in 2 days. You can beat your cheat then or make up excuses if you lose. That’s how this works

Don’t go full retard. We’ve played at TAMU. UGA. Auburn, UofSC in the last view years. Or do those not count? SEC and whatnot.
Even IF there’s 50k LSU fans, which there won’t be, you think they’ll be louder than those venues? No.

cherry picking metrics
Just attempt to explain how that’s cherry-picking? Yards per attempt/completion are the equalizer in passing stats.
300 yards on 30 attempts > 300 yards on 50 attempts
Do you not agree?

Tua last year had higher efficiency rating, more yards per attempt, and more yards per completion than Burrow this year

Clemson $2 bills
Posted by Clempson12 on 1/10/20 at 9:20 pm
For those of y’all going to New Orleans this weekend you’ll most likely see Clemson fans with stamped $2 bills or get some as change. Here’s the story behind it.
LINK
TLDR. In 70s GT refused to agree to home and home series with Clemson. Last game in ATL Clemson fans traveled with $2 bills to show economic impact of playing Clemson

What's the 2 dollar bill story?
Back in the day, Georgia Tech wanted to end the home and home set up of the series and force us to only travel there like we had done forever when we were a small military college. Clemson refused to give up the home and home and on the last scheduled game of series Clemson fans traveled with the stamped $2 bills to show the economic impact the city was going to be missing out on. The home and home series was resumed and the tradition stuck.

I think these will be extremely difficult tickets to get at face.
I know a bunch of Clemson people with flights and hotels no tickets trying to wait it out.
2017 in Tampa vs Bama tickets actually got much more expensive the day of the game. Had buddies with $1000 cash in their pocket and couldn’t get a ticket. With this being in a home city for y’all I’d expect the same to happen.
