We’ll revisit your post at the end of the season ...I predict it won’t age very well ... like your leads vs Bama the past two years.

I predict your mother hasn't aged well yet you're still banging her along with your sister and whatever sheep you can catch .... like all of you sheep humping sister bangers are known to do.

No one cares what you think old man.
ETA: By the way, my mother’s dead so there’s that.

They've had some issues through their first five games. OL doesn't look near as good as last year even though they returned 4 starters. Etienne has had one really productive game and that was the opener against Ga Tech. They've used Lawrence far more in the short yardage running game this year than they did all of last year.
Lawrence is getting pressured and not handling it well. Part off that is because Clemson is not working the middle of the field on short and intermediate routes. They had only 3-4 targets in the short/ intermediate routes between the hashes against UNC. They have no slot receiver or viable TE, so this requires Sunshine to hold onto the ball longer waiting for the vertical routes to develop.
They lost a lot of players on defense, especially in the front 7. They still play very good defense, but have changed schemes to play to their strength, which currently lies in the secondary. A good rushing team could really do some damage to them right now.
All that said, they really didn't begin to hit their stride until October 2018, and with their schedule, I expect them to work things out. But make no mistake, this is not 2016 or 2018 Clemson, despite what their dumbass fans here that constantly use the transitive property (Tillman, Jim Sweet, DannyByGodFord) will try to tell you.

Felt a lot like the battle Clemson had at game 5 against Syracuse last year. Clemson always plays a game or 2 close. Perhaps Clemson is missing the offensive components to make their offense go, and they are going to have to scratch and claw during every game this year. Or perhaps the offense is just out of synch and will refine itself as the season progresses.
I’d caution not to read too much into their performance against UNC which is not a terrible team by any means. The passing offense usually becomes better tuned by the middle of the season. If Clemson is scoring 14 points on average in late October and November, I’ll be nervous, but for now, enjoy your #1 ranking Alabama.
We’ll see who is peaking at the end of the season.

Clemson’s defensive line is nowhere near what it was the past three years. But the offense is still very explosive.
