If he skips the visit it would certainly imply some shady shite. IMO Nutt is just about desperate enough to pull an Orgeron to get kids to commit to that black hole of fail called Whole Miss!

So Bear fans, what do you think his recruiting pitch was to convince this kid that OM was a better school for him than LSU? Depth? Academics? Distance from family? what?

Would have loved to have him at a position of need for LSU.

Never would have thought his recruitment would end up in Oxford. Weird recruitment, but that's what makes this stuff interesting...

During his announcement he stated that he is really looking forward to all the future 5th and 6th place finishes in the SECW.

Heaven forbid than a kid from the state of Mississippi wants to stay in state. He didn't commit to LSU...so there is something shady going on. C'mon. LSU isn't God's gift to football.

OM fans can thank Mars, Mars, and Chalmers of Philadelphia for their involvement of the recruitment of CJ Johnson.

They did a better job recruiting him than the OM Staff and they also believe in Peepa Heppin.

Uh he's pretty damn good and he owns your team. What the hell are you flaming about? A recruiting class? it's cool and all but you're flaming about a guy who has improved since he's gotten here, won games, and whipped your arse. Bring something else. Get that shite outta here.

Next coming of Patrick Willis.

OM will still lose a ton of games but teams wont be running up the middle much.

Congrats on the pickup, but both LSU and State fans know that CJ was paid.

Great addition. Was really hoping to see him suit up for LSU.

Please, elaborate on what "pulling an Orgeron" is. Remember, O never got in any NCAA trouble whatsoever.

And "Whole Miss," is that a lot like Whole Foods? If so, I'm there.

QUESTION: Which year this decade has been Ole Miss's best recruiting class and how far off will this class be from that one assuming all commits stick and Brassels commits as well?

This decade is two years old... If you mean "over the past 10 years" it would be 2006 which was ranked #16 overall. If everything falls into place for the Rebs, it could be right around #15 or so I am guessing.

That 2006 class had Dexter McCluster, Kendrick Lewis, John Jerry, abd some other all-SEC type guys in it. It really was a good class.

This really is the most butthurt thread I've seen in quite some time, especially from LSU fans. Like they don't have a great class and plenty of talent already...
Of course, their talent just demolishes ours as of late...
