Godwin isn’t leaving ECU for Alabama lol. ECU is 10x the program Alabama is and ECU invests in baseball.

UNC has clearly been the best team in the state for a very long time. The Heels have been to Omaha 7 times in 17 years and ECU hasn't been ever.

D1Baseball lists seven potential replacements for Bohannon - Godwin, Justin Haire from Campbell, Tom Walter from Wake, Chris Pollard at Duke, Troy Tulowitzki, Dan McDonnell, and the Maryland coach Rob Vaughn.
McDonnell gets paid more than twice what Bohannon was making so that's probably a no. The others may say yes though. Pollard and Walter have better scholarship situations than Bama iirc.
