Let me get this straight, ut starts the Longhorn network and screws every other Big 12 school.
Every school in the Big 12 voted for schools to retain their tier 3 rights and to do with them as they wished.
At one point, Texas tried to start a Big 12 network, but the other schools said no. Texas then approached A&M about starting a network for the 2 schools but the aggies said no.
Then, when it looked like Texas would join the Pac and go over to FOX, ESPN gave Texas a sweetheart deal to keep them in the Big 12.

Texas proposes Big 12 Network. Conference rejects it.
Texas proposes Lonestar Network. Texas A&M rejects it.
Texas starts Longhorn Network. Everyone loses their minds.

LOL
Not sure what’s funnier, that you continue stating all this BS or actually thinks anyone is going to fall for it.
You are wasting your time but thanks for the laugh.

Dodds figured that Texas would have to pay out of its own pockets to pull it off. The Big Ten Network’s launch in 2006 ushered in the era of conference networks, but nobody had tried one for a single school. Even Dodds was skeptical Texas could produce enough content for a 24-hour channel, which is why he called Texas A&M athletic director Bill Byrne early in the exploratory process — well before anyone, including Dodds, knew it would drive substantial revenue for the schools — to see if the Aggies were interested in partnering on it.
“There was a discussion about that, but it never got legs,” former Texas A&M president R. Bowen Loftin said. “I never got the sense that we could cut a deal that would make sense for Texas A&M to be somehow connected to their network.”
Loftin had a trusted television industry contact later explore the idea of the Aggies launching a network of their own, “but the analyses I saw did not make sense for us,” he said.
A Big 12 network could have pre-empted the idea of schools launching their own, but some league members were reluctant to go that route. Kevin Weiberg, the Big 12 commissioner from 1998 to 2007, tried to talk league members into it before he left to take a vice president role at Big Ten Network.
“In order to do a conference network, you have to have a very broad assignment of media rights,” Weiberg told The Oklahoman in 2014, referencing the amount of content that must be surrendered and coordinated to fill out a cable channel. “In the Big 12, there wasn’t a willingness to participate in the common conference approach.”
Weiberg told ESPN in 2016 that Texas had opposed a conference network a decade prior but other members were “just as reluctant.”

Again quit wasting your time. When people already know the truth your BS is a wast of time.
Just answer this question. Just a yes or no.
Did Texas ever do anything on their own that one would consider actions detrimental to destroying the Big 12?

Yes. We beat Nebraska's arse to the tune of 9-1 in the Big 12. They took their ball and left, opening pandora's box.
Sometimes I feel bad about it. We should've let them win a couple more. Then your Aggies might still be enjoying 11am games in Ames, Iowa.

Let me help you.
Besides the failure longhorn network among other things. Texas orchestrated all on their own the potential move to the PAC that would have obviously destroyed the Big 12 at that time. But of course it failed as well.
Little ole victim Texas is just so innocent.

Nebraska left before Longhorn Network was ever conceived.

So Nebraska can leave, and Missouri can openly beg for a B1G invitation, but Texas can't explore its options?
And it's always funny to see Aggies blaming Texas for destroying the Big 12, as if they would rather be back in the Big 12 today instead of in the SEC. You should be thanking us.
