MSU used to play our home games 160 miles away in Jackson. Not a lot of history but things are changing. Now with 3 stadium expansions , a determined bulldog club demanding better coaches in sports etc. You can bring up the 1920's or the 60's or 80's etc. But that was then, this is now. We are paying coaches now. We might not be world beaters but we are going to field good teams a lot more often.

As much as it pains me to say, your view of Starkville is way off. Well maybe the town isn't perfect, but you can't beat the accesibilty to and from campus. Perfect size field to rattle fans. And it may be crazy but the baseball stadium is actually pretty cool, and they don't give in to making it where it's just for show. They keep the real meaning of old timey baseball to it.
Also, how is it going to feel when we blew you out and now state Will? I mean we're only the landmass. I think it's going to be 31-17 state. These boys are clicking on all cylinders.
Ok that was my one post giving y'all props lol. Cause we sure can't with ours this year or years to come. Ms State beats AL. Auburn beats AL. State beats AU, And either a rematch with Georgia or Vandy or Kentucky could surprise. There you go state. An ole miss fan pulling for y'all. Go show them who the real dogs are.

Then, I woke up one morning and realized, we are still LSU and there will be much better days ahead for our football program without question...and also, yall are still miss state, and this is really as good as it will ever get for your program. My question for state fans is this...what do yall really have to play for now that you won the superbowl? Yall have already reached the pinnacle of your program at week 3. You're not winning the SEC, and you're not winning the west either. You have nothing left to play for until you meet up with ole miss in the hick bowl. Haiyull stayte!

1. State's campus is actually pretty cool. I like that little lake on the one side of it. Starkville is objectively terrible, though.
2. Wasn't last year the first time in 20 games that y'all beat us? And it will definitely be vacated.

You have just been misinformed. Ole miss is the Harvard of the south! Hell, they even got their colors from Yale and harvard so it must be true! They actually turned down an invitation to join the ivy league bc they felt it would be a smear on the ole miss reputation.

Ban bet for the vacated win? We had our guy serve the suspension. But we may be talking about 2 different players. My point is, a mighty Georgia team should never lose to any landmass school. And now it's going to happen again. I mean y'all seriously have a good team and could see y'all have a rematch, but state has more depth right now and plays with more passion. I do like your lbs though. I would trade two of ours for Roquan.
