Much better chance he moves to Destin or Grand Isle and lives out his days drinking by the pool than coaching football again when LSU fires him. He’s always made good money compared to the general population, but he makes stupid money now, and it’s enough that he never has to worry about money anymore. He’d enjoy life a lot more with his newfound riches living every day like he’s at the tarpon rodeo, and it’s evident with how his teams play.

He’s like the lazy but talented first round pick that gets a fat NFL contract and then just stops working on his craft and blows all of his money on cars and jewelry

Would Orgeron be an excellent DL coach

What makes you say that? He's a joke of a coach. He survived as long as he did as an assistant because he was known as a dirty recruiter.

The one job he has where recruiting wasn't a part of the job - New Orleans Saints - he got his arse run out of there quickly.

That's cool, because no one at Alabama would ever be stupid enough to want O.

Maybe not now but Saban has tried to hire him in the past.

Interviewing isn't the same as hiring, but whatever. Even if he did try to hire him things change. Saban wouldn't want a reckless moron hanging around his program, and Ogre has certainly proven himself to be just that.

Nick Saban wouldn't either, would he?

Seriously, I think LSU folks are being too damn hard on Ed right now. That shite talk from Jordy is trivial crap and just piling on during a tough time. I'm not for trashing a coaches name while he's still the HC.
