I think Kiper is wrong. I can't see a safety being the #1 pick.

I could easily see Berry going in the top 5, and if a team really wanted him bad enough I could see someone even trading up for him.

Hey in that ole miss game chad jones came in as a nickel back.. what don't you get? his natural position is safety.. that is not a fair evaluation.
I am not saying chad jones is necessarily better than erik berry but i do believe chad jones has the potential. we will see, this will be his first year starting.

This thread has gone 5 pages too many in my opinion. Chad Jones may not be the best safety on his team if Loston joins this summer, like I said the kid has all world talent but hasnt lived up to it yet. Berry on the other hand is a flat out freak of nature. Lol @ the bama fan who said Robby Green. Green will be a heckuva safety but until he does it againt SEC competition lets hold our opinions on him!
