Are these ranked teams at the conclusion of the season or ranked wins against teams that end up 4-8?

Any stat or post using anything including polls is WORTHLESS.

Some day college football fans will realize how dumb they sound when talking about their sport. No other sport with a legit playoff talks about polls. Sure, seeding in baseball, hoops, and football often depend on seeding but this constant drivel about polls is tiresome. All that matters is making the playoff. Ask FSU and ND how the polls helped them all season.

I use the end of season ranking. Would make no sense using early weeks at all..those are just predictions of who would be good. Though it is hard to find that sometimes, verse ranked when played is easy to find.

This is due to DEI rankings that artificially boost teams from the Big 12 and other crap conferences.

I hate the cherry picking win/loss arguments. (Especially if Texas can’t brag about it) If you are going to post historical records, post the actual records.

History didn’t begin in 2000.

It really didn’t affect OU much, 5-3-1 all time against Bama… But, dammit, we look a lot better!

8-2-1

Lists like this are depressing. It’s another “OU is in elite company” category yet lacking the hardware.

"Lil Bro" and "Not our rival" handing Bama L's more than everyone else in that graphic.
