and tcu lost to baylor ... not sure what the committee is doing here ...

Putting the teams with better resumes higher.

I have no problem that they had the balls to jump Oregon over Florida State.

The top 4 looks right. Alabama should be 5th (or better) for sure.

Bingo. If Bama wins Saturday they'll be number 2 on the list and State will be 4.

And why none of this matters right now. I have no earthly idea why people get upset about this thing.

When we beat Miss state, they will have a better loss than us. I hope we still jump them.

Bama has a better resume than TCU due to the huge difference in SOS.

Still, I get it. Bama has lost their last 3 games against top ten teams. They are going to have to beat a highly ranked team to earn a spot. They haven't been able to do so in a long time but get their chance Sat.

Depends on how the game goes.

Unless it's a complete war and Alabama wins a dramatic one at the end, I'd like your chances of being ahead of them. Though both teams would probably be in the top 4, bumping TCU out.

Unless FSU loses at Miami (hopefully they do).

I don't think so. I think they would drop state to 5 and then bump them to 4 if they won the egg bowl.

Everyone on here likes to make fun of Mizzou but you would think as SEC conference mates you would agree we should at least sniff this fricking top 25 over teams like Georgia Tech, Minnesota, and A&M.

For losing their first game of the season to a top 5 team on the road? That would be quite the drop. Not saying it won't happen, but I think they'd keep them at 4.

Of state loses a close one to bama they may still stay ahead of them. They would have a better loss

Just wow at oregon. They lost at home to Arizona. TCU is laughable. They lost to Baylor in a game that let over 120 points be scored. That team who beat them got stomped out by a team bama beat by double digits. The committee is just trying to get each conferenxe represented.

With FSU dropping its obvious the committee puts a big emphasis on who you've beat and not the loses. 1 loss state team definitely gets in.

Have to agree about state. They barely loss to Bama, they stay in the top 4 and possibly stay ahead of Bama.
