I don’t count any year where they lose to Kentucky & Arkansas.

While not the best optics, still won the natty. 4 in 20 years is pretty good

Gus isn’t done with Saban yet but for the most part, yeah, Alabama dominates everybody.

And, in all honesty, I think that will be a subject that will be discussed. how Alabama dominated everybody but Gus Malzahn had excellent success against him. (Excellent success compared to other schools not named Clemson)

they thought they were being smart this year and decided they didn’t want to play Bama again.

Are you saying we did not want to win our division? Crap. Auburn.

I think you are right about people looking back at Alabama, but they will also look at Florida 2008, Auburn 2010, and LSU 2019 due to the fact that these teams broke though during this Alabama run.

Those will be secondary thoughts in my opinion. Yes. They will be noticed, but the streak is what most will remember. Look back at any decade in which one team dominated, and people think of that team. Typically they don't remember much about the teams that break through every once in a while.

Georgia just doesn’t dominate everybody as much as they dominate Auburn. Poor Auburn..
