All Yancy had to do was say "thanks for calling us out, we found the mistake, we attributed another player's quote to the wrong guy, the mistake has been corrected, and we are taking steps in our reporting process to make sure it doesn't happen again. We are very sorry to all involved".
It would have gone away in 4 days.
Instead, all involved tripled-down with their bullshite.

It's the doubling down, tripling-down that did them in. The initial mistake was forgivable.

I believe Chuck incorporated The Spirit & contracted out to 247. Contract cancelled = all get canned. Sucks for anyone not involved
