I hate when G Mac does that. it's like he just goes through the motions of running the called play without concerning himself with what the defense is doing.

The secondary was far from great, but Bama still finished with the top defense in the SEC. This season's problem was lack of redzone execution. It was a problem last year too, but the dominant D made up for it.

I still think the run blocking was a bigger problem this year than the secondary. We just can't line up and blow people off the ball anymore. Watched some of last year's Florida game a few days ago (for like the 10th time) and we were just mauling them. Running whenever we felt like it.
