No, it was past time to put him out to pasture as much as I like him. That was a very tough choice, like putting a parent in a nursing home.
I'm not saying O should be kept either, only that Jimbo is not the answer. An elite coach doesn't have the season he is having at this point in his career with a major school with 4 years of top tier recruiting talent on his team
