Wildrose or any true strong breeder likely won’t ever have chocolates. Too many issues with genetics there
Brits are boxier with shorter legs, also less drive than American labs and less ranging

Did you get a puppy or a "fully finished" dog? This article from 2011/2012 says a fully finished dog runs from $10,000 to $15,000, so I imagine that's at least $20k-25k now.
