The other thing nobody has mentioned yet is that after the last out of the 8th inning, the doctored ball was tossed by the UGA catcher to the mound, and picked up in the Top of the 9th by the A&M pitcher.
Yet he didn’t say anything, and it’s for the same reason that Schloss basically said he didn’t care about it this morning. It’s a can of worms that nobody in college baseball wants to open.

How do you know the catcher didn't wipe the shite off the ball? You just keep justify cheating and still losing the series.

The worst thing the kid did was be so blatant about it.. find a better way to deploy your secret sauce without shade squatting with your face in the corner in front of a live audience.
Undoubtedly Jomboy gets a high number of requests, but when the footage is that juicy for a pitcher about to upset the #1 team in college baseball, I can see why he pulled the trigger on making the video.
I'm in the camp that believes we all do it to some degree, and the only way to come down on this kid and the Georgia team is to come down on everyone, to keep it 'fair'.
Sucks he couldn't pull it off more discretely but when you end up on national media for cheating in the corner, that's on him.

It’s kind of like getting caught on an FBI wire tap making strong arse offers from your wife’s bank account. Everyone was making strong arse offers, but no one was doing it on wire taps from their wife’s acct.

If he talked faster I would think that is Jimbo. And that Pitching Coach in the bullpen knew exactly what the pitcher was hiding in the corner.
