Can Petrino return to Arkansas?

I know they rid of him based on his actions, and I believe they were quoting state law to rid of him. But significant time has passed since he was fired.
I feel like he should be able to coach there again, but I don't know the exact circumstances on that. It would be awesome though, he needs to be in the SEC.

He is a good-ish coach and I really harbor no hatred towards him but I'd just prefer to start fresh.

Why would he want to? Louisville is a better gig honestly.

He doesn't seem to have the same passion/fire any more, after watching a ton of Louisville's games.
