When your offense goes three and out and stales on drives and does not keep the ball, then the best defense is sometimes your offense. If our defense stays off the field and we win TOP that helps. Also giving your opponent extra possessions and tiring out a defense that plays a wide open hurry up spread team always wears out the defense after playing 30-40 minutes. Did you see teams who substitute against Auburn on defense, players sprint off and on they go so fast. All we need is to set the edge and slow down and stop perimeter runs better, and when Auburn sets up blocks have better gap control. We allowed them to use our speed and leverage against us and push us out of the way. If we can slow down the ground attack, we'll gain a few more possessions on offense and on offense we need to stay on blocks on pass protect and runs and create more wrinkles out of formations to disguise a run as a pass and a pass as a run and change our play calling sequences on 1st, 2nd down etc based on defensive looks. Auburn gives us defensive looks to entice us to run or pass so they can read and react our formations and plays. The last game they were already on the play before it happened on almost every run play. Gotta set them up and create more 1 in 1 match ups.

I have actually seen every play by booth, I was not a believer in the beginning but every part of Fromms get is better than Easons
Way faster release, way faster decision making, far more touch, and more than enough raw arm strength.
People forget Eason struggles greatly with accuracy and touch and was a statue in the pocket.

Why would georgia change QB's? They already won the first matchup against Auburn.
Once you take away all of georgia's bad plays, penalties georgia committed and all the ones Auburn got away with (HOLDING!), turnovers that they did not recover (but keep the two they did recover), and Auburn's home field advantage.....georgia actually won the game.
I am still confused as to why georgia is not #1 in the CFP rankings.
Keep the guy at QB who has you on top. They are still undefeated.

I think you can run some, but it should be from 1 back or maybe jet sweep action.
Throw some quick swings and screens to slow our pass rush Down.
I think AU will have to allow Stidham the freedom to change plays. Gus loves inside zone. UGA might blitz the A gaps, but Stidham seems to see the field pretty good so that might not work. UGA blitzed from the field and left trips covered by a backer and a safety on our tunnel touchdown. UGA must blitz more selectively and on blitzer at a time.

The real question, grasshopper, is can auburn beat georgia without kj?

Yeah, I thought about that after I posted. I was thinking in terms of horses being in the stable, running back stable.

Then your insane.
Eason has next level arm. You just don’t see it much. Fromm doesn’t. He’s doing fine, but I truly believe UGA would be a great 10-14 more a game with Eason. I know the Georgia hometown homers don’t see it, but Eason has not gotten his shot with the team as currently made up, last years team was trash and Eason basically carried the Dawgs to 9 wins.

I agree that an ineffective offense will put undue pressure on the defense, who eventually wears down, resulting in 40 points being scored. If your description of the game is what actually happened, and I think it is, Fromm was not the reason, or at least, not the only reason. He can't do anything about dropped passes and a tentative offensive line. The good news is I have seen Georgia's offense play much better than they did in Auburn. Hopefully, that team will show up in ATL.

I think Auburn could beat UGA without KJ. Luckily we won’t have to be without him.

Fromm sees the field better than Eason. He has better touch and plenty of arm strength.
You will see a different Fromm if he passes more on early downs and makes Auburn pay for playing all that bump man with no help over the top. He won’t have as much success if his throws are on 3rd and 8.

LSU beat Auburn with Etling so I think we can beat Auburn with Fromm.

Arm strength is not the only factor that decides how good a QB is. Eason simply does not understand the game of football very well, and he is very inaccurate. Eason doesn't even understand the purpose of a play-action fake. I'm sorry, but Eason lacks the accuracy and the mental acuity that are required to be a good QB. Fromm understands the game much better than Eason and his accuracy is also much better than Eason's.

I don't even know what this means
It means that Eason can throw farther and harder, but, from what I've seen, Fromm has better game sense and decision-making ability.
