LSU versus any number of California schools.
Cal-State Fullerton, UC-Irvine, and USC come to mind.

As far as talent competition on the field, LSU vs State is great college baseball, pretty much every yr. However, State hosted LSU to open league play last yr and the series' attendance was far from a sellout. The game on tv that Sat had huge gaps in the bleachers. And State was predicted to be a challenger, too. Their excuse is the same as every yr: "we save our true spirit for the regionals".
