Despite the Mongrels that post on this website, it’s almost always a clean hard hitting game. The LSU players appreciate the opportunity to play Alabama every year, and the Alabama players appreciate the fact that LSU usually stands up to them for a few quarters. I don’t worry about that type of shite against LSU like I do against Mizzou or Miss State type teams. The middling teams seem to take on a “we’re gonna lose anyway so frick this guys knee” approach. The LSU players have too much pride for that, which is a stark contrast from their message board fanbase that flushed any semblance of that down the toilet many years ago
