Smack talk is cool.....but when 40% of the stats you are smack talking about come against Liberty and Central Michigan, it's probably not best to try and bring that to an SEC board.....

just saying.....

Well he actually finished the season with 13 Ints. So it is less than 40%.

Besides, just presume he had 0 in those two games. Name another player who had 9 ints this year.

Your % argument is flawed.

Dear NC State,

Will you please join the SEC? We can easily kick Missouri out to make room for you.

Point taken man. Was just going by the stats that you posted (10 picks, 4 of which were against Liberty and Central Michigan). And to be honest, against that schedule, about 6 SEC teams could have had players with 9+ picks. Your argument ain't exactly comparing apples to apples....

ETA: actually, if we look a little further into it, from what you posted, 50%, or half of his picks come against Liberty, Central Michigan, or South Alabama. Not saying he's not a player.....just that the competition is...well....BAD

I understand your argument, and I recognize that it is more impressive to put up those stats against good teams...but at the end of the day, everyone plays a few cupcakes, and he is the only one doing it. And if it were easy, then why doesnt every player do it against the likes of Kent state, north texas, and georgia southern.

While he did benefit statistically from weak competition, not many take advantage of the same opportunity. Which is what made him a thorpe finalist

Yawn. I did enjoy watching NC St when Chuck the chest was the HC, but I couldn't stand to hear him talk.

If we were 100% healthy and all of our team was intact, it would be an arse whooping.

However, we are TN, and Dooley is cursed. I have read a lot of stuff on Bray, from drugs to grades, so I fully expect him to be kicked off before this game.

Bray + a healthy Hunter = Vols roll you up like Bray on a Friday night.

This has to be the worst ChicFilA Kickoff game ever. What were they thinking? Good thing everyone will be watching a top ten matchup in Michigan/Bama at Jerry World.

It is pretty bad. Considering the other games were between ranked oponents, this is a poor match-up. Sadly enough, one the SEC could lose depending on what happens in the off-season.
