The real problem is turnover. Ironically in the one-and-done era, recruiting at the top means you never have much experience on your teams.

Calipari has to be disappointed with Montgomery, Richard and Haggans. If one of those three former 5-stars establishes themselves as the Alpha, they probably run through the tourney.

It's a bitch. Travis helped us out more than anything this year. It's nice to have an experienced player. I think he's going after more(grad transfers) this year. Let's see.

Yes, and there are very very few schools who would not drool over hiring him. Laugh all you want. Calipari has shown he is a proven winner. One of the best in the game. Stop trying to be cool by calling out that his team lost.

As soon as more coaches started doing it he hasn’t gotten the best.

The upside is they have a ton of potential coming back. Especially Hagans. He should technically be a Senior in HS (I don’t know that he’s 18 yet) with his reclassification and should make a big sophomore jump.

He needs to take a pay cut. That’s way too much money to not produce final 4s and titles. He is a great coach but worth nowhere near 9m.
