Your post fully assures my original thoughts of you not having a fricking clue what you are talking about. Carry on.
Look, I don't want MSU to get hit, but a Booster did something wrong. It was prior to Redmond signing with us.
What else is there to say? This is not anything we already didn't know.

I always send expensive gifts back as well. Are you asking if it's ok or if you remember correctly?

Yeah, because you did such a great job self reporting....oh wait.

And it should be noted that MSU is NOT the focal point of the investigation. The issue with what we know about MSU was discovered DUE to that investigation.
Which investigation? There are multiple recruits, Schools, and signees involved. Hey guess what? You're one of them. So while This supposed earth shattering news tomorrow may or may not be about or include State, rest assured you're not out of it by any means. Dozens of Private and public schools in Memphis and Shelby county have been contacted.

This. IMHO, DeVinner is dirty and a lying scumbag. I posted in a thread a few weeks back when his name first surfaced about his allegations about Murfreesboro-Riverdale and recruiting. The TSSAA found his allegations baseless. DeVinner alleged that he was actually a coach on Riverdale's staff, when in fact he was not. Riverdale coaches apparently hired an attorney and served DeVinner with a cease and desist.
You have no clue what you're talking about. While he may like attention , every time I've ever been around him, he was not a scumbag. Dude helps out underprivileged kids on the reg.
Yes, he does...and that does not in any way negate the negatives. Lots of guys who are crooked do charitable things for kids. The two are not at all mutually exclusive. I believe the Riverdale staff's account. I'm also aware of the charitable stuff. It in no way excuses the false allegations he made about Riverdale. And yeah...people who do that are scumbags in my book.
So really, the only thing you are in a position to comment about from any authoritative standpoint are the times you've been around him with kids, correct?

So, let me get this straight - You are telling us here that Auburn is the focus of an investigation led by the head of the NCAA's Investigation Division?
So Who is doing the hitting tomorrow? The NCAA or a specific National Media outlet? And who are they hitting? Auburn or some other institution?
I don't want to put words in your mouth -

17th: Are you still insisting that this isn't an "investigation"? Are you also saying that its an "irregularity" and not a violation?

The only thing that i have seen is that we are cooperating with an investigation but i haven't seen anything saying we have received a letter.

Is Will Redmond still practicing with the team and dressing for games?
Posted on 9/11/12 at 8:49 pm to Bellabama
He's practicing. I could be wrong but I don't think he's dressing for games.
Posted on 9/11/12 at 8:50 pm to Bellabama
As of last week or so, he was still practicing with the team, but he is not dressing for games. He is on the sidelines in street clothes, but they are obviously redshirting him.
Posted on 9/11/12 at 8:56 pm to Slippery Slope
That's interesting. So even if he were redshirting, he would still have to be ruled ineligible just in case they wanted to burn the redshirt. So the NCAA hasn't ruled him ineligible? That seems like a positive sign that the NCAA has been working with MSU, that a coach was fired (or resigned), that they have disassociated with the booster, but that they haven't been asked to rule him ineligible.
