Charles Oliver no longer infects our secondary.

ATM lost Williams and that TE though. I think their offense takes a small step back. I also think Clemson’s defense took a hit as well through graduation and the draft. It will be close. Clemson by 14.

He was only in for 11 plays and threw a TD on his first pass?
On his first play, he threw a 64 yard TD pass on a play that was entirely a great play by the WR and missed tackles by A&M DBs.
After that play, he was in for for 3 offensive possessions, and only managed a single first down. Like 30 yards of offense total after the first play.

The offense will be better. There is a reason Williams was a 6th round pick, despite setting records. He was great, and we'll miss him, but Corbin is going to be really, really good. And losing Sternberger hurts, too, but Cupp and Beale showed themselves to be complete studs this Spring. TE will a position of strength again this year. If Mond learns how to be consistently at the top of his game, we're going to have one of the best offenses in the nation.

I think your prediction of 28 points is correct

Keep in mind Clemson has beaten 10 straight teams by 20+ points, the second longest streak in the AP era. Combine that with the greatest home-field advantage in college football, and it should be a blowout. Clemson wins by 28
This kid is either not a Clemson fan or a young fool..both tend to be the same.
Clemson gets GT as an opener which should be a better game to open than your typical FCS cupcake which will help the them.
Clemson in September at a 3:30 kickoff is going to be brutally hot with high humidity unless we get rain. This isn't going to be a track meet.
Clemson is not known for fast starts. If A&M gets a fast start and puts up some early points on our defense this could be interesting. I could easily see this being a game in the 24-20 range. Dabo and Jimbo have played each other a lot of times and this will be a much better game than people think. I do think A&M lost their stud RB to graduation which will help.

.aggy wins this game no matter what the final score is. They will have been on the field with last years NC.Team. They will either run out of quarters or poor officiating. But whenever happens aggy wins. Another moral victory. Advantage aggy. Where losses are wins. A new banner on the hall of moral victory’s.

Gator is definitely a sip - just outed yourself. Had suspicions that you just confirmed.

I’m not in the predictions business.
But last year was a very close game, and we’re a better squad this year.
I don’t pick us to win, but it won’t be a blowout.
I hate to say it, but I think it will be a blowout.
I am terrified of their qb. I am afraid he is going to pick you guys apart.

Gator is a Gator who happened to live in Texas for four years a long time ago at Bergstrom AFB and understands the mind of aggy.

A "gator" who only posts in threads about A&M and is nowhere to be found in any threads involving Florida...even in yesterday's game thread when they were playing A&M:

That could be cut-and-pasted from shaggy. Definitely a sip.
