I was thinking this very thing.
It was after the game. Burrow has 0 eligibility left. He can pretty much take whatever the frick he wants with no impact on him or LSU.

Your troll is shitty and ignorant btw. What happened after the game would have no effect on the game itself. LSU would have to play ineligible players and it's impossible that it has happened since they haven't played any games since.
Furthermore, any players who aren't on the team next year are free and clear to do whatever they want the moment the game is over. Burrow could have signed with an agent, opened up a briefcase with a few million in it, and it wouldn't mean shite - other than just kind of looking tacky/trashy.
Beyond that, if any player did receive money, they would just have to pay it back before playing again. At worse maybe serve a 1 game suspension, 4 max - but that probably wouldn't happen. Mostly it's just paying it back.
In the end, you are just melting and it's not pretty.

There is no NCAA issue, it looks stupid what OBJ did but does that surprise anyone that OBJ did something that is "look at me, look at me". From reports here, OBJ and some of the current LSU NFL guys took out several LSU players to celebrate in New Orleans (OBJ's hometown). Joe was one of them,who as he said, once the clock went O.OO, he was no longer a collegiate athlete. Any draft eligible JR's that went out on OBJ's dime if they are going pro, and it is likely 6 to 8 are going to declare (Jefferson being one them), it is not an NCAA issue.
If some LSU JR took money and comes back to LSU for the spring, then he has to pay it back, similar to Chase Young of Ohio State taking money this year, having to pay it back and serving 2 game suspension.
Now you Aggie fans can go back to watch Yell Leader Tryouts and see who is going to be the Yell leader you watch the most next football season.
