Who gives a frick? They’re talking their heads off about a couple of teams who haven’t played or beat anybody. Why are teams with SOS in the 40’s such a topic of controversy? Just be consistent, if you keep Bama, keep BYU. Call it day.

The problem is the stupid conference champs rule. Tulane and JMU do not belong in over 2 of Bama/Miami/ND/Vandy/BYU/Texas

Any teams with 2 or more losses complaining because they can’t make this enormous field for the CFP are pathetic.
My biggest complaint with the CFP is letting teams in that everyone knows are going to get outright embarrassed. This isn’t basketball where a kid can get hot and win a game against a better team.

IMO, Miami, ND, Vandy, and BYU should be the only teams considered. No 3 loss team should be in the playoff ever.

Ok. Bama didn’t turn it down and lost.
People can say conference championship games need to go away but I think it’s unlikely.
