It does ruin lives. I doubt the penalties will be as harsh as some on here say they will be. If there wasn't such a media swarm, he would probably get off with community service or something.

I would HATE to be the DA's office. Half of the people are going to think they are shitty if they don't put him in prison and make him wear a bracelet, the other half are going to freak out if he's given more than community service.

I know. I think there is already so much pressure to charge him. I have a feeling that because of all of the media attention, this guy is about to get fricked in court. This could destroy the rest of his life.

I don't give a shite who you are, what team affiliation you represent, etc. but if you think it's normal, friends being friends, or a common thing to pull out your balls (that hold semen) and place them near another mans mouth, you might need to re-evaluate your sexuality.
I've seen frats, high school sports, etc. and if that truly goes on behind the scenes then you guys are seriously creeping toward the male/male side (NTTAWWT). There's nothing straight about putting your genitals near another mans mouth.

Hell, I don't even use the caps lock mode...I'm sooo adept at it that I've mastered the use of the shift key, in an incremental manner !
