Wait until you find out he has always sucked against decent fast defensive teams. When he was the OC at Texas, he used to design really pretty offensive plays that took forever to develop in live action.
He would have dudes running all over the place in the backfield before the ball was snapped, and then after the ball was snapped he'd have a player run 20 yards from the far side of the field to take the handoff when they only needed 2 yards. It was maddening sometimes.
