Roddy Bryan was participating in a vehicle-vs-pedestrian chase. He wasn't blocking the road. He was driving in pursuit of a man fleeing on foot.

he was convicted of murder and he did LESS than Miller did to cause Arbery's death. Arbery was dead with or without Roddy Bryan, but the girl ABSOLUTELY WOPULD BE ALIVE if not for Brandon Miller's premeditated actions.
