hey man, I left my shotgun at your place and am leaving at 4 in the morning to go hunting. Would it be possible for me to meet you to get it?"
Jk

Article says Miller’s car had a dash cam. Cops seem to have a ton of evidence and nothing the charge Miller with.
What are opposing fans freaking out about exactly?

Two vehicles - a Dodge Charger and a Dodge Challenger that belonged to Miles’ teammates, Miller and Bradley - were blocking the road where the Jeep was parked.
Miles and Davis walked to Miller’s car and got something - believed to be the gun - out of the back seat. Culpepper said Miles had texted Miller saying, “I need my joint,” which is slang for a gun, police said.
Moments later, Culpepper testified, Davis approached the victims’ car and said, “I told you I was going to get you,’' and then began firing through the driver’s side window of the Jeep.
He fired at least eight shots, some of them while running in an arc from the driver’s side around the back of the vehicle.

It doesn’t appear police or DA has any interest in making that case. Which seems a bit unusual to me.
Why's that?
So your friend leaves his pistol at your place. Tells you to bring it to him. You take it to him. He kills his ex. You're on the hook? Yeah, ok. Apparently we know the DA is a lot smarter than you Aubie fans.

Exactly. Blocking the road not the jeep.
There are a lot of people on this site who have no idea how the criminal justice system works. You just mislead everyone by saying he blocked the Jeep in when the statement didn't say that. If you were on a stand they would eat you alive. This isn't csi:miami

She can't answer why he isn't being charged but that there's nothing he can be charged with. Strange
She knows exactly what Miller’s involvement was. It doesn’t seem odd to me to keep some specific details out of the media.
The article says Miller didn’t even go out. Just dropped a teammate off. The whole situation reads as if a dorky freshman was just doing a senior some favors and got fricked over.

Are you suggesting they know Miller is better than Miles at a sport and thus, didn’t arrest him?
