For a website with a bunch of rednecks y’all sure are some sissies. Bringing a friend his gun isn’t weird.

GTFO of here with this BS. How many drunk friends texted you at 1:30 AM to come bring them a loaded gun down to the strip?

This is a point I tried to make earlier, but where is Miller in this case?

If Miles/Davis was able to get in the car, presumably Miller was in the car or had been recently

I guess it wouldn't be the worst fact if Miller pulled up and seconds later Davis was shooting. The less information Miller had and the quicker everything happened, the better for his sake.

Only if you knew that was going to happen.

Well sure.

Nobody would ever expect their friend to do a murder after doing them a favor.

They clearly already investigated this and didn't have enough evidence to charge him with anything.

I understand that. But I'm not gonna act like I wouldn't be asking these questions if the exact same thing was currently happening to Jayden Daniels or Kylee Ringo

Yeah, I raised that argument too but then I had second thoughts. I think practically it allows for the "he had no idea what was going to happen" thing better than him pulling up, leaving (and potentially blocking the victim in) and facilitating two dudes getting a gun from the backseat moments before the shooting.

Second thoughts being it's just bad to be at the scene of a murder you more or less facilitated. Also, how does this fit in with texts between Miles/Davis about the gun being there and loaded - agree with SOG we need a timeline.

Your expectations of murder should probably increase when the favor you're doing for your friend is returning a pistol to them around midnight when you know they've been at a bar. I don't see Miller's actions as being able to be charged criminally and actually get a conviction. That being said, as a huge Bama basketball fan who would trade football NC's for a Final Four, I think he should be suspended from the team for good.

I appreciate you being rational with everything going on instead of getting upset over people asking questions and speculating based on what we know

This is not a BAMA problem. It is a black culture problem and it is everywhere. The only fix is to limit your exposure to those indoctrinated to the culture.

I wouldn’t say it’s normal.

Have the texts been made public? I’d like to see what Miller was reading and why he made this decision.

I’m also sensing that tSECr wants the government to leave them and their guns alone, but not black people and their guns.

I don't think that communication was via text.

From AL.com:

quote:

When Miller got to the scene, Miles told Davis, “The heat is in the hat.” Det. Branden Culpepper said that meant a gun was present.

Miles added, “There’s one in the head.” That, Culpepper said, meant a round was in the chamber.

It's not a gun problem. It's a people problem and how the guns are being used.

If your school has black kids playing ball, your turn will come soon enough. Hope you can take it as well as you're dishing it out.
