It's insane

"Dude I'm gonna get into it with this dude can you bring my gun"

*dude proceeds to drive gun to scene*

"he didn't bring him the gun"

well he certainly didn't "hand deliver it" cause he didn't touch it (presumably with his "hand")

If ANYTHING Brandon was irresponsible and a bad friend. If I knew my friend had been at a bar for the past four hours and asked me to bring him his gun I would tell him he’s hammered and I’m on the way to pick him up and bring him home so he can go to bed.

Also reading the family’s statement Alabama deserves all the shite they have been getting for not even privately offering condolences to the family.

The best part you left out was if that girl and her boyfriend didn't actively search for Miles and Davis looking for a gun fight there wouldn't have been a gun fight

The text he received implies that he knew the gun was in his car, whether he saw the text or not.

Nope.

yup

if he did not know the gun was in his car, how would miller know what they were referring to when they said "i need my joint"

that certainly implies he knew that it was left there.

This alone will not be sufficient.

How does this change the fact the thug POS hand delivered the murder weapon to his hoodrat friend who texted and told him he needed his gun in order to committed a crime?

Miller never touched the gun.

That's like saying, he never touched the drugs, they were in a bag!

Like I said just own it, even murder doesn't keep you from paying time at Bama. Think of the recruiting benefits!

So the victim's vehicle coincidentally pulled up behind Miller's car with a loaded gun in the possession of the driver? That's absolutely possible but Miller was not getting that kind of benefit of the doubt a few weeks ago

Maybe Miller didn't know the gun was in his car. Maybe Miller didn't read the text since he was driving. Maybe Miller didn't know "fakin'" means threatening and "joint" means gun.

Bama hater hacks like Joseph Goodman and Clay Travis report bullshite, knowing idiots will believe it and won't even read more accurate articles that expose their bullshite.

You're missing a really big piece here. Well, two pieces.

Where did Miller go?
quote:

As Davis ran, both Johnson and Miller drove away. It's unclear where Miller went.

And who was with him?
quote:

Bullets also hit the windshield of Miller's car, where there was an unnamed passenger.

It is amazing how much better things look when you ignore the fact that Miller knew his boy was pissed off but he still brought him a gun that was used to slaughter a mother.
read the article you fricking idiot. Miller was already on the way to pick miles up, who had asked to get picked up like an hour before, and was almost at the bar when miles texted about the gun. There is no evidence that Miller ever saw that text before arriving or knew anything about what was going on other than he was picking up his friends from the bar. Thus there is nothing to charge him with, he didn't commit a crime or do anything wrong. If there was a scrap of evidence he would be charged

To reasonably believe that Brandon Miller thought Darius Miles was going to get his gun, hand it to Davis and that Davis was going to shoot someone in the face is ludicrous. It’s disingenuous and asinine. Miller had no context what was going on… even if he did read the text. We don’t know if he did

What we do know is when the text was sent and when the guy in the Jeep left the scene , drove blocks away and called the police.

7 minutes.. it all happened within 7 minutes of the text. So Miller was either about a block away or just pulling up. The Jeep wasn’t even on the scene yet.

It’s stupid at this point to believe that Miller was aware or a party to what eventually happened
