I've never posted a thing about Miller. He's not guilty. It's clear. Why keep beating the shite out of this dead horse. Who cares what some stupid anonymous posters on a sports board think lol.. just makes you look weird steady trying to prove idiots wrong.

man you are salty that Miller did nothing wrong. You really want to punish a young black guy for being the designated driver for his friends and getting his car shot up for his efforts

Well, guess what, dumbass. The video is available if you want to go through the process to access it and prove him wrong. If the video in court demonstrates, as the author points out, that Miles and Davis were being stalked by these guys...one of whom had multiple arrests on his record, including unlawful carrying of a handgun, and was arrested not long after this shooting for assaulting a police office...you can keep yapping about him being a Bama grad all day, and your words won't mean shite.

If the video evidence really does show that these guys...one of whom is a known criminal...were armed and stalking Davis and Miles, and Miles texted Miller that he needed his gun, then hell no, Miller did nothing wrong by bringing it.

If they hadn't had a gun, Davis, Miles, Miller and Bradley could all be dead. Maybe some people on this board would rather that have been the outcome.

Half the board will ignore this guy's stellar journalism. Too invested in their anti Alabama agenda.

I think you are a little confused. The known criminal with the gun charge is the guy who the boyfriend went to see between the initial altercation and the shooting, nobody knows why he did this because the criminal guy can't be found to be subpoenaed. As for Miller bringing the gun, miles had the gun legally but couldn't bring it into the club, and Miller was the designated driver, so where else would the gun be other than in his car? Even miles text to bring the gun cause he was worried about someone being threatening, assuming Miller even read that text prior to arriving, doesn't put any guilt on Miller. Miller in that scenario had no intent, miles didn't text him get my gun I've gotta go kill someone. Miller was prearranged to pick them up well before any altercation started happening

It's a heavily editorialized recap by a bama grad maybe be a little more honest.

The legal system said OJ was innocent. The lawsuits said different. I would expect the first lawsuit to be filed the day following draft day. And we will see.

If all of that is true, it will be difficult to convict Miles or Davis for a crime here.

Brandon Miller brought the murder weapon to the scene after being asked specifically to do so.

That's indisputable.

The whole Bama case is predicated on the idea that a 20 year old doesn't read his text messages.

frick you.

Not to mention they don't have Goldman money to hire a lawyer to sue Miller.
