Someone who thinks they are in imminent danger of being killed by someone doesn't just hang out in the area and ask for a gun, they leave.
Yep. Bama fans are clowns for this.

Gosh I worry about our country sometimes. We can’t even agree on basic fundamental rights that have been established for 250 years.

He was a heat seeking missile that killed an innocent woman.

You freaking people are funny!! It's their culture!! Why do you think multiple people are shot in most inner cities every day in this country?

Where's he going to burn? The same place you are?

Some culture that Bama fans condone.

If your buddy calls you at 2am and says bring me my gun you tell him to go home and come get it yourself in the morning. Knew damn well he wasn’t trying to go to the shooting range that evening.
Playing devils advocate here. 1) Your average college student at an SEC school is awake at 2AM on a weekend so the time of day is irrelevant. 2) Instead of this being an urban environment, pretend this was a rural area and a farmer texts a neighboring farmer saying some people he didn’t know were causing trouble and to bring his shotgun in case he needs it. Would that make the farmer who brought the shotgun an accessory to murder if the other farmer later ended up using it to shoot someone and an innocent bystander got killed?

Someone either didn’t go to school at Auburn or didn’t participate in the social scene there. Nothing wrong with either one, and of course there are exceptions, but being out at 2AM is nothing unusual on most SEC campuses. The bars didn’t even get full until about midnight when I was a student at Alabama and that was nearly 20 years ago.

He'll be released in just over a year and change and word is he's still training with hopes to get back in the NFL. And if you don't think there's at least one team who will sign him to the league minimum as a roll of the dice you're incredibly naive.

On Saturday maybe. Kids being out past midnight on the regular did nothing but flunk. And yes there are some exceptions, namely kids at the library, but only because they procrastinated.

The woman that was killed handed the gun to the shooter in her vehicle.. Explain the difference between her and Miller to me from all you painting Miller as Snidely Whiplash.
Indeed she was directly complicit. Unfortunately she FAFO'd.

Good question. If Miller didnt do "nothing" what did the woman do?

Entirely unlike Miller, she handed a firearm to a shooter.

Brandon Miller killed a lady is the new Brian Kelly killed a kid.

Nearly everyone I knew at Alabama was awake at midnight on weekdays and 2 am on weekends with a mix of studying, partying, or just hanging out. None flunked out and many are doctors, lawyers, accountants, engineers, etc today.

So because Miles grabbed the weapon first he didnt deliver the weapon to the scene?
