Can you read minds? Did Miles say he was about to kill somebody? Is protecting oneself in self defense because you know the person threatening you has a weapon illegal?

This is why NOBODY takes you serious. Why lie? But Bruce and Hugh know a little about lying, don't they. Especially to the NCAA.

Explain it away to yourself anyway you want. He knew what he was bringing that gun to the scene for. He says as much when taking about the texts. He then backtracks and says I didn’t know it would be used. You did forget to mention an Alabama player IS being charged with a crime though. He may not have pulled the trigger but Miles has INDEED been charged with a crime. A felony at that.

God I love these Brandon Miller threads. Mostly LoSerU fans trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.
Is Miller a thug? Probably
Did Miller commit a crime? No.
Did Miller think a crime was about to be committed with that gun? Who knows.
In the end, Miller did not commit a crime and will not be charged with a crime.
Will Miller be sued? Probably. I am sure the family of the victim is going to go after as much money as they can.

An Alabama basketball player is being charged with a crime from this incident though.

You dumbfricks need to understand that NO player from the UofA pulled the trigger.
Yet the bench warmer was charged and the first round draft pick cuts a deal in the middle of what they thought was a Final 4 run. Oats had him on the first plane to South Carolina before the smoke cleared. How convenient.

It's absolutely illegal if you know the weapon is going to be used to commit felony. He could have been charged as an accomplice before the fact under the law. He cut a deal with the DA. Plain and simple.
Everything mentioned says it was for self defense.
If he cut a deal, would it not be public information?

Wasn't Kyren Lacy charged as well? Did you mention that?
Posted on 5/9/25 at 2:07 pm to Lg
Kyren Lacy, a former LSU football player and 2025 NFL Draft hopeful, died days before a grand jury was scheduled to hear evidence in his case related to a fatal car crash. He was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident in December 2024 that resulted in one death and injuries to others. Lacy had been charged with negligent homicide, felony hit-and-run, and reckless driving.

LSU fans certainly have a lot of recent experience with their players shooting and killing Innocent bystanders. Finally a thread they can actually contribute to.
Still waiting to hear the example of this....
So Dalton, have an example? Or you just going to admit you're a moron?

Shortly after the crash, Arceneaux released a statement saying Lacy was cooperating with law enforcement. In the statement released Friday, Arceneaux said he believed, "There was a high probability the felony charge of negligent homicide would have been declined by a grand jury."

The bench warmer told the person who pulled the trigger where to retrieve the gun and therefore was charged. Rightfully so.

So the idiot killed himself for nothing?
Yikes.

Captdalton is an idiot. I made him look stupid the other day for insinuating Trey Holly was a murderer. He thought he was clever by posting a link to Trey Holly on a comment about BK coaching more murderers than Urban Meyer. He’s such a clown that in the article he posted it says clearly Holly is being charged with two crimes, neither of which are murder though.

The first-round draft pick wasn't charged with a crime because there was no evidence that he committed one.
The "bench warmer" was indicted because sufficient evidence was found indicating that he may have.
Regardless of whose feelings that continues to hurt, it's really that simple, irrespective of the repeated bloviations and attempted spins, now multiple years after the fact.

Talk about speculation. So he was charged, correct? And then he RAN from the law and crashed. How many people did he actually put in harm's way by his reckless driving. It's a miracle more people weren't killed by his behavior.

“Homicide Henry” lil buddy. How are you going to be twice the legal limit, drive 156 MPH on a street with residential neighborhoods ALL around, all the while you have your UNBORN child in the car? 3 years at Alabama and you think he would have learned better….as I said earlier, Max also burnt up in the fire. He didn’t immediately die on impact like Tina Tinton did. People had to watch the dog screaming while it burned alive. Before you say anything, yes there were witnesses, video, receipts and everything from the whole night. So we ALL know EXACTLY how “Homicide Henry” was acting and the disregard for ANYONE’S safety in clouding his own child. That’s the culture Alabama breeds.

You left out the part where he shot at his cousin before fleeing the police.

They weren’t though. However, in “Homicide Henry’s” case the same is not true.

He shot at the ground. It’s been reported everywhere. Quit lying clown.
