Here's the correct take on the situation, and it stands true no matter what team this dude did this to.
You do not take on the OC job for someone knowing full well you have no intention of staying on. This guy has been talking to Seattle for sometime, and now has left his alleged friend and Alabama in the lurch, and raided their staff in the process.
You could pencil in any team for Alabama. And any job really for OC. If Seattle falls flat and he gets fired in a couple of years? I won't shed a tear.

It’s amazing that Bama fans think they will just “shuffle a few guys around” and be ok. They still don’t get that Saban, not Alabama, was the draw.
